For proof of Identification to stay, Domestic Guests are requested to provide Government Photo & Address Identification cards such as Adhaar / Driving License. PAN card will not be accepted for proof of identity. Foreigners are requested to provide their valid passport and visa details. All reservations should be guaranteed with valid credit cards and to be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the designated date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation charge. Also please note that various rates are available with specific cancellation policy – Guests are requested to go through the cancellation policy carefully before making the reservations.

Reservations made on promotional offers with 100% advance deposit amount required at the time of reservations are non cancellable, non-refundable and non amendable for entire length of stay.

Refund Policy

Upon receiving the request for cancellation from the guest (as per cancellation/no show policy), the hotel will immediately contact the bank if refundable, to handle the crediting process. The refund will be made through the credit card which has been used to purchase. Generally it will take 7-10 working days to credit the refundable amount to the concerned bank. It entirely depends on the procedures of the bank.
